E and I REALLY wanted to see Santana tonight....we didn't have tickets and had thought about going down to the arena to scalp them, but we knew it would cost us too much $$$...$$ that we do not have to spend right now. So bummer, we didn't get to see him tonight.
We have, however, seen Santana at least 4 times before, including on Dec 31st, 1999 at the Hard Rock Hotel in Vegas. I don't know what could be more memorable than seeing Santana as the clock strikes a new millenium, in a small intimate venue!! Those tickets were almost $300 a piece, but it was definitely worth it!!! 
Since I am reminiscing about that night, I might as well post a couple of pics. Its hard to believe that that was already almost 6 years ago...I was only 22!
Well, we didn't get to rock out to Santana tonight, but I do know that we will see him again!

My husband and I love Santana's music too! We went to see him in concert about 6 years ago here in Northern California. It was fun and he had a group opening the show for him called Mana singing rock in Spanish. It was such a great, great concert! I wish I had taken pictures!!!
