The title to this post is (once again!) the catch-phrase for the Minnesota State Fair.... we took our guests out there on Sunday so they could experience it for themselves!
Here is a picture of me and E's mom:
We ate a bunch of food....corn dogs, spaghetti & meatballs on a stick, roasted corn, cinnamon roasted-almonds (which is the best smell in the world!), and cheese curds! This pic is for Jen who couldn't see cheese curds being a fair-food. Battered and deep-fried, so gooey and good!
One fo my favorite areas of the Fair is the Bizarre, where vendors sell crafts and goods from all over the world....one such place called "Caribbean Heat" sells just hot sauce.....
*****WARNING***** Hot sauce is soooooooo freakin' hot that one tiny little drop will have you sweating and your entire face on FIRE!!!!!! For hours!!! To balance out that heat, You might find yourself asking:
We also spent a bunch of time in the Midway playing games and a few rides. We went home with a bunch of prizes again this year. Here is my studly boyfriend who won me this shark...it is Sheridan's school mascot, so off to school it will go!
We had a great time and left the Fair and left at midnight when it closed....
The cheese curds are something that I would totally love....... now spaghetti and meatballs on a stick??!?! What the heck is that?

But how exactly do they get spaghetti on a stick, (I get the meatball part!??? Maybe I just need to come out there to the fair next year to see all of this for myself!
