Okay, thank goodness that Dell has an online troubleshooting guide. I typed in my problem "limited connectivity" and it told me these very simple instructions:
start>run>cmd>
At the prompt> netsh winsock restart
I restarted my computer and it got online immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can you believe that was all it took????!!!
I am in Heaven again!!!!!!!!!!!! LoL
