Baby News/WBL Girls Night Out

*** Friday Morning*** My friend and college roommate Laura brown had a baby boy!!! Noah Thomas made his appearance over a week after he was due, at 8 lbs 14 oz! I cannot wait to meet him!

This weekend was a FUN one! I went out to dinner with several of my HS girlfriends on Friday night. We met at Rudy's Redeye Grill for dinner and then on to a few of the local bars for drinks. I was tired and not really in the partying mood. The truth is, I had a bachelorette party to attend the next night and wanted to save my partying for then :) We also had E's family that had just arrived in town staying with us and I wanted to get home at a relatively decent hour.

It was fun getting together with all these girls.....we also ran into another old friend that we went to school with (Amy) and sat and talked to her for awhile. I also had a very strange encounter at one of the bars we went to....an older woman I used to know apparently recognized me and came over to the table I was sitting at with my large group of girlfriends and gave me a

ticket for two free drinks. She thought it was my bachelorette party for some reason!? Very weird and awkward. She was someone I didn't want to talk to. Why?? Because she was the mother of one of my loser ex-boyfriends from a million years ago. Maybe this is why I shouldn't go out in my hometown!

Final stop of the night was the WBB. There were some Miller Lite representatives doing promotions....we all had our picture taken and put onto a "card". Very funny! The quality of the pictures was crappy, but still very funny. Here is us with our cards....
