I **LOVE** Johnny

Johnny Depp that is.  Yes its true, I have had a crush on him since 1987-88? when I first saw him on 21Jump Street. Those brown eyes have always made me melt.  And his cheek bones?! Chiseled to perfection! Not to mention that he is somewhat of a bad boy!! Johnny has played many diverse roles in the last 20 years of his career and I think that just shows how talented of an actor he is.  My favorites of his (at least as far as admiring his looks!) are Don Juan de Marco and Pirates of the Caribbean. 

So why did I choose today to bring up my crush on Mr. Depp?  Because Charlie and the Chocolate Factory come out today, of course!  I haven't yet seen this movie but I did go out and buy it at Target over my lunch hour.  The original Willy Wonka was one of my favorite movies as a kid and I know this version is like the super-psychadelic version.  I can't wait!

Johnny Depp is where it is at!!! I love him too Kristi!!! I love his looks and the diversity he does have in his roles. He can play anything. I loved him in "The Secret Window". That movie was so strange, but he played the character sooo well!

I did have a chance to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory over the summer and he did great in it. He really did a good job, but Johnny Depp or not, the movie is just not the original. I love that movie and I would rather watch the original one over and over and over and over and over again. I think that movie is going to be one of those that any remake will never be as good as the original. :)

Oh, I was a ughe 21 Jump Street fan. (and JD fan, too of course) Ya know that 21JS is out on DVD now...Too cool!
We're renting the movie this weekend. Can't wait!

I love Johnny...I've even scrapbooked Johnny and put him on my walls (yes, hubby didn't like that very much).
I have seen every single movie he has ever been in. Never miss one. I always try to go to the movies to see his movies, but some I've had to wait for the video. I did get to see Charlie in the theater and I loved it! I like it better than the original and I didn't think that could possibly happen, but it did. He was excellent. I loved him too in Don Juan De Marco and The Secret Window...but really in everything else he's ever done. He has such great artistic talent and he is so darn cute! And me too, I've been a fan since the 80s with 21Jump Street!

Johnny doesn't do much for me . . .

Saw Charlie & the Choco Factory this summer...it was good. Different good. I LOVE the original though. Can watch that one over and over again, but probably won't buy the re-make.

Hey! I love Johnny, too. Can't wait to see the new movie. I hate the old one passionately. It strayed too far from the book IMO. My favorite Johnny movie is Cry Baby. I love Edward Scissorhands, too, and for eye candy enjoyment it's Chocolat and Don Juan De Marco.
