Back at work today, feeling a little better. No more nastiness coming out of me at this point! What a terrible way to jump-start the Diet!! Still feeling somewhat weak...gonna be hard to work out tonight, but I am gonna give it a try anyway!

***My friend Farrah and her husband Bryon had a baby girl, 
Berlyn Arianna, on Friday evening! Berlyn weighed just under 7 lbs and was 2 1/2 weeks early! The biggest surprise for me was that it was a girl!!! I was convinced throughout her pregnancy that it was a boy. Can't wait to meet her very soon!
***That reminds me...I still have to go visit the baby girls of both Bradie and Kara M too! I feel like I am missing out on so much sometimes :(
***I really miss my niece Annika, but will get to see her on Sunday. My parents are on their way back from Florida after 5 or 6 weeks and we will have a little get together at their place.
***My girl Kara B just came back 
from a romantic trip to Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas with her fiance, Jesse. How cool would it be to swim with dolphins? That is something I have always wanted to do! I went to the Bahamas once when I was little, but would love to go back. E has mentioned the possibility of getting married at Pink Sands Resort in the Bahamas someday. I'd be cool with that!
*** I started reading My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult. So far, so good. Very interesting storyline. It is a very fast read and what I think I really like about it is that each chapter is told from the view point of a different character in the story. Anyone here read it yet? I have heard it gets sad!
*** I have jumped on the Grey's Anatomy bandwagon since so many of ya'll talk about it all the time! I never watch any TV series because if I cannot watch it from the very first episode, it seems pointless. So I bought season 1 at Best Buy for only $16...I am hooked and have seen only two episodes!
***Report card time is here. Dang it!!!! This is soooooooo much more work than most of you non-teachers would expect. Especially when you see 160 students!

Glad you're better. I loved reading the book My Sister's Keeper. It does get sad though and the book takes a suprise turn near the end, so take that as a warning. Jodi Piccoult is an awesome writer though. Grey's Anatomy is awesome! I love that show! My Mom is a retired teacher, so I know how crazy report card time can be. Take Care!

Glad u are feeling better! I am sick with bronchitis so that sux! That little baby is sooo freakin cute! I am sad my children grew so fast and were not that small that long!

1. I'm jealous of your friends visit to Atlantis. SWEET. I hate Michigan weather right now and I'd chew off my left pinkie to go somewhere warm.
2. What a precious baby picture! I love the hospital duds.. babies look soo sweet in the white shirts and their diapers..

Lots of luck to you with the report cards. I can sympathize. How did you end up with 160 students? I have 65 and I complain. I'll shut up now.
