How ridiculous is THIS????

Some of you may know that I live in Hugo, MN, a farming community, just 12 miles NE or so from the capital city of St. Paul.  It pretty much goes from urban to suburbs to rural in a very short distance.  I live in a newer residential area in the very southwest corner of Hugo that has only just been developed in the last 6 years or so.  The rest of the city is very large and spreads out for many miles to the north and east, mostly farms everywhere.  One typically thinks of farms and cows first when they think of Hugo (if they've heard of it at all!). So anyway, I am watching the news tonight to see that a woman in Hugo was cited by the county sheriff because HER COW's (or should I say steer's) MOOING WAS ANNOYING THE NEIGHBORS.  I am not even kidding!!  How ridiculous is that??? I mean if you are going to live around here, especially next to a FARM, you better expect to hear mooing every so often, right?  The judge is probably going to shake his/her head when this woman goes to court to fight the $1000 fine she is facing!!!  Watch the news story on Kare11.com or read about it!

OMG. Some people are just ridiculous!
I hope the farmer doesn't have to pay the fine!
