My first birdies.....

Until Tuesday night I had never in my life cooked a whole bird.   And I have lived on my own for 13 years!!!!!
Well, there is a first time for everything :)

These are little Cornish game hens and they were soooooo good!
It was actually very easy, so never again  will roasting a bird be so scary to me! LOL

I've only cooked a turkey once. And I've never cooked a whole chicken. Or a roast beast, I mean beef!

I've only done it a couple of times, and I'm always scared! Thank goodness for the pop-up timer!
