I am not like the stereotypical woman as far as shoes go.
- I do not own a million pairs of shoes.
- I do not go ga-ga over shoes or enjoy shopping for them.
- In fact, I only buy maybe 1-2 pairs of shoes per year and I usually wear them until they are literally falling apart.
- I only wear shoes that are comfortable because I decided a long time ago that it just wasn't worth it to be cute if your feet were going to hurt like a %$^%&^!!!
- I will not buy shoes that I do not like just because they are "trendy". There are some years that I might not have found a single pair of shoes that I like.
- I will wear a pair of shoes that are 5 years old if I really like them and haven't worn them out yet.
- I have never spent more than $50-60 on a pair of shoes
I am keeping this post short today, but I'd love to hear about all of you.
How do you feel about shoes? How many pairs do you own? Is there a certain brand you love? What is the most $$ you have ever spent on a pair of shoes?
Humor me.....everyone wears shoes, so I think everyone needs to comment on this one :)

Ahhhhhhhhhh the key to my heart!!! I *HEART* shoes SO much!!! I have a ton. I don't typically do trendy shoes UNLESS it's a classic sort of trend...like the wedge...wedges are SO hot right now, but it is also a style that comes back again and again.
I LOVE a nice pair of pumps. Especially black pumps...I know how many can one woman have..NOT ENOUGH :-)
Umm I think the most I have ever spent on a pair of shoes, was a crazy amount that I will NEVER admit to the general public but they are Versace. Here is a link to them. I LOVE THEM!!! lol

I have about 10 pairs of shoes right now. About a 1/4 of what I used to have. I to go for comfort. And, I do not buy shoes based on whats "in" at the moment. I buy shoes that will go with my clothes...color wise. Or, that match the style of clothes I am wearing. Cause, I wouldn't wear a pair of tennies with an outfit that I would wear to a club. RIGHT LADIES??!! The most I have spent on a pair of shoes was $110 when I was in Vegas.

I hate shoes. Flip-flops...different story. I have like 4 pairs of real shoes, tennis shoes (i will ONLY buy NIKE), comfy shoes, work shoes and boots. other than that...sandals. I think the most I've spent on shoes was in HS for volleyball $80 or something dumb.

I have a lot of shoes. Actually a few weeks ago a friend of mine yelled at me "How many pairs of shoes do you have??" I probably have 30-40 pair. And I have spent up to 150$ for a cool pair of boots. But my everyday shoes are my flip flops, I have 8-9 pair of those easy...lol! :)

I would love shoes if they made more in size 11. I hate it. usually the only ones in size 11 are the super ugly ones, or payless. Though I have found some cute shoes at payless. The most I have spent on a pair of shoes was Tuesday, I spent 100 dollars on a pair of running shoes.

I love shoes! I'm not sure how many pairs I have though. I'm like you in that I'm into comfort mainly because I have problems with my feet. I have no arch in my left foot which causes it to hurt all the time. Since I'm on my feet as a nurse most of the time, I'm totally into comfot. The most I've spent on a pair of shoes were $120 and that was on a pair of Dansko shoes for work and they are comfortable.

I'm right there with ya. Not a shoe girl. I own a bunch of flip flops, and that's about it...lol. I would be happy if I could go barefoot everywhere! I slide my shoes off the minute I can, and haaaaate shoes that require socks! I just never know what shoes look good with what outfit, I don't like anything that's "trendy", and I think most shoes are just more uncomfortable than they're worth. I was born without the shoe-gene, that's for sure! :-)

I LOVE SHOES! I have quite a few but only wear half of them. I am with you on comfort although sometimes I will wear my Cute Hurt my Feet shoes if I know that I won't be walking that far. I think that most I have spent would be $85.00 for some boots.

I like shoes, not love them. im not big into buying them, but seem to accumulate lots,,, cheap ones that is. flip flops especially since i seem to want every color! I have like on good athletic shoe and one casual brown shoes. im not into heals or really dressy shoes, mainly because i am already 5'7" and dont feel i need much more height. my hubby is only 5'9" and hates when i start to get any taller. lol!
