Tonight I heard about a video documentary that was made by Dylan Avery, Korey Rowe, and Jason Bermas, men who believe that the U.S Gov' was in some way involved with the 9/11/01 attacks. That seems like an off-the-wall claim, but they must have some very compelling information I am unaware of. I found the video and I am about to watch it now. I will post my thoughts in the comments below after I watch it.
I just finished watching the entire 1 1/2 hour documentary and WHOA....there really IS a LOT of evidence that points to the Gov't. It makes you really sick to digest. I plan to look further into this topic!!!!

kristi, i haven't finished watching this, and before i read your comment, that's exactly the way i felt. SICK. i'm only 12 minutes into it and i feel so glued to it, wanting answers. i've heard of conspiracy theories surrounding 9/11 but not this! how come? i'm going to finish watching and leave another comment. and i'll probably make hubs watch it too.

Just watched the video and it makes me wanna throw-up.Im now gonna watch the other video that they say "debunks" this conspiracy.I need to hear from every angle so i can eliminate any doubt whatsoever, cus there's alot here to swallow. All of this makes me think about what kind of world would we be living in today if Florida was fought for & awarded to the real winner of the 2000 election. We can never let that happen again!Get out&vote Obama and vote for real change....I HOPE

ok, i finished the video... and i had constant chills. i will also watch whatever video that may combat this - but wow that's a lot of stuff to have to explain. that i didn't even know about! wow. i think everyone should be required to review the information about 911 - it really goes to show that we are fed a lot of crap. i will be doing a lot of reading and trying to understand the seemingly non-understandable. boy you stirred me up kristi. thanks, i think...?

wow. girl. gotta show this to Tony

Aside from the many many human lives that this act of terrorism took, the underlying reason behind these acts (and those that are still being planned) is to tear apart this country. This is exactly what those extreme, muslim, terrorists want us to do they want us to DOUBT our country. When you you start thinking this way - they have won. They hate us! They want to cripple us. With liberal politician in place, it will only help them succeed.

Did you actually watch the video, Amy? Because there are more than just a few coincidences that point to the U.S. Gov't....
Questioning this does not make me side with the terrorists or think that "they have won".

I have not completed the entire video, as I started watching before church. I will watch the rest, but I also know that anything can be twisted to make a point. What is clear to me is the definition of terrorism. As I nation we can not tolerate this. The freedoms that allow us to have our own and differing opinions are the same freedoms that these radicals despise! They want nothing more than to rip our country to shreds. Rather than making up lies and spreading proganda we should all unite as a nation to show we will not tolerate terrorism. This is progaganda. It does scare some people.
Though I know where this video is going, I will still watch it. I just don't agree. I think the notion is ludicrous. I wonder what Obama thinks?
Posted by: amy | September 14, 2008 at 11:51 AM
i think the american people WANT to believe it was terrible people from other countries who have swooped in to do this horrible hate crime against our country. i don't want to point fingers nor can i give any conclusive answers. but we are not getting conclusive answers from those that are trying to PROTECT us, either. i think the science behind some of it points in other directions than just terrorists... and why aren't we getting full disclosure if it is in fact just a terroristic attack by enemies from another country? i will say our government thinks we are idiots. it just doesn't add up. yes things can be construed any way... to make them look one way or another. it still doesn't make sense, even if you take out pieces that COULD have been construed. but i have 1000s of questions, and sadly they may never be answered. i will be searching for more answers, though.

I find this entire movie disgusting - Kristi this is no reflection on you - you didn't make it. First and foremost these are all just therories. Joe Blo can make up a theory and if one wants to believe it that's her right. I do not find any of this information compelling. I also think it's a slap in the face to each and every family member or friend of the lives that were lost. This is all propaganda similiar to the emails that have been circulating all week about Governor Palin. You know the ones about her burning books that weren't even published yet!
The fact that they came up with these twisted stories is ludicrous - seriously where do you think those flight 93 passengers are? Who are these producers?
Finally, I have a difficult time giving any so-called documentary credit when the background music is rap.
I just think this whole thought process of the indivuals who made this is very loony. It is sad that such a mockery is made out of such a devastating situation.

i'm in no way trying to disrespect those that lost loved ones. my heart goes out to them. i just think people in general are sheep and take what the gov't feeds them. not just on this issue. i guess the biggest question for me, and that everyone should have at this point - if it was truly terrorists and only terrorists and they *know* it was bin laden, why hasn't he been charged?
Posted by: jessica | September 14, 2008 at 04:58 PM
Jessica, I am not implying that you or any other commentors are being disrespectful. I just feel that people like the producers of the piece are targeting people who may have doubts. I don't blame you for wanting to know more. I simply think they are feeding you and others a bunch of bs. As for Bin Laden, if the Pakistani government would cooperate, we would have him. Additionally, we would have had him in the 90's if it weren't for President Clinton. He is responsbile for many more acts of terror including the U.S.S. Cole, the U.S. Embassy in Tanzania, others and of course, the 911 Attacks. He is a dangerous, radical, muslim terrorist, without a doubt. I find it also disturbing that the piece played soft, background music when mentioning him as if to suggest his innoncence.
As for the government telling all - I think their is much information that is sensitive, and if revealed can really compromise our security.

I wish I could say I have as much faith in our Gov't as Amy, but no matter how you look at it, shit went down on 9/11/01 and even if the Gov't didn't plan the events, there seems to be so much more they could have done to stop it or at least prevent so many people from being killed that day....
Posted by: Kristi S | September 14, 2008 at 05:40 PM
this'll be my last comment on poor kristi's blog about this... sorry kristi! but to your last comment i have to say 'amen'
amy - i don't dispute that (bin laden) is dangerous or radical or a terrorist. or that he had *something* to do with 911. i just have a hard time with the whole picture. and if we "had" him, we'd have to arrest him on other crimes but he's not even been charged with the 911 attacks. isn't that why we went into afghanistan, to get him for this? at least that's what they wanted people to believe. people try to place doubt all the time for things, yes. so does our government. smoke and mirrors.
i think that music is the last thing anyone should pay attention to when they watch the video.
aside from this issue or this video i should say - our government uses us as pawns. we are expected to believe what they say. the media adds another dimension to distort what's going on. i think as citizens the most patriotic thing that we can do, when doubt arises, is to demand answers from our government. in fact it is our duty as citizens to ask questions when something doesn't seem right. i don't buy the compromising national security business when the holes are so numerous. i have some of the same questions now that i had watching 911 happen... like how do two huge skyscrapers just implode after burning for such a short time?
did you see the (separate) interview with william rodriguez, the janitor who was in the building saying that there were bombs going off above him and below him, etc... the gov't didn't even include his testimony on the 911 report. one media outlet, i think it was cspan, had the balls to air two hours of his story, but no one else.
i wish i could say with as much certainty that you seem to have that either presidential candidate will be able to steer our country in a positive direction.
Posted by: jessica | September 14, 2008 at 05:53 PM
I guess we can just agree to disagree - it is always good to hear other opinions though. As for the music thing though, this was just an added thought, by no means would I base my sole judgement on this. These are just things that I believe can effect one's beliefs, sublimimally. It is no conincidence they did that.
I am looking forward to the next, thought provoking topic, girls (& guys!)

There seems to be a lot of evidence that supports what was said in this video. I've always felt like things didn't add up ever since day one. I think it is important to be open to all investigations to find the truth.
Posted by: Kim | September 15, 2008 at 03:51 PM
Wow, I haven't watched the video as I haven't had time yet, but it seems like people are getting fired up about this. Like I said, I haven't watched it, but the notion that our gov't had something to do with it makes me sick. Anything is possible in this day and age. I disagree with Amy 100% though that liberals in power will only help terrorist to rip us apart. I think a strong liberal is exactly what we need to turn our reputation around. I read an article recently about what the world thinks of us, and what they think each candidate would do to our reputation, I will have to find it and post it.

I watched it the night it aired, and I just couldn't finish it. There were a few interesting and potentially valid possibilities presented, but overall, I thought it was horse shit. I did like how they presented the ideas though -- the conspiracy theory, followed by experts who explain that detail or discredit it in some way. It was easy to follow and interesting as a production, but the idea that these conspiracies hold any water didn't float with me!
