Sunny Fall Day at the Apple Orchard!

I had been wanting to go to Pine Tree Apple Orchard all weekend, but since it was cold and rainy, I decided to wait for a sunnier day.  Lucky for me I didn't have to wait long, as the sun came out again on Monday!

 

Bought some of their famous apple donuts and apple turnovers and had a picnic down by the lake......

 

 

 

 

Now it will be just a couple of more weeks until the best apple is ready to harvest.....the Honeycrisp!!!!

Oh my god. What a beautiful place! Apple orchards are the best! I grew up in Michigan, and fall is easily the season I miss the most. Crisp air and the beautiful colors. (Speaking of colors, I love the photo on your banner. Did you take that??) Thanks for sharing your apple orchard pictures. It was nice to travel vicariously with you. : )

Wow! Your pics are so pretty. I've been wanting to go apple picking... and strawberry too.... for a very long time. Unfortunately we never find the time.
