We recently had an amazing burger at a restaurant called Oak City and wanted to recreate a version of it at home. We used grilled ground sirloin patties, marinated and sauteed giant portabella caps, applewood smoked bacon, and some fancy garlic and herb imported cheese from France. Majorly delish!
